The coffee that we serve you was grown on small, traditional organic farms, hand-harvested, precessed and dried according to strict principles of fair trade. It found its way to Slovenia via the BUNA Cooperative that roasted different sorts of arabica coffee beans according to their respective characteristics. The prompt and separated roasting keeps the coffee fresh and makes the coffee origin traceable, which makes possible for the client to taste a variety of aromas and tastes.
